The Finish Line is in View! errr well...
It's not actually the finish line, but more like the end of our qualifying lap. Chrissy and I are so excited to be finishing the training. This August we are going to Oklahoma so that I can put into practice with the Cherokee Native Americans the things that I have been learning in my linguistics class. We'll spend 7 weeks there and another 3 compiling all of the information gathered. By the end of October we will be all set to leave for Asia Pacific hopefully by next April.
In the meantime we will be splitting our time between Pennsylvania and Michigan in order to spend time with family and to raise support. This is a very hectic transitional time so please pray for us that as we prepare for the field and raise support we will not lose focus or get discouraged, and please pray that we will reach our goal financially so we can leave by April.
