Provision

I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on how the Lord has provided for us these last two semesters! It has really been amazing. When we arrived here at training last August, we knew we would not have enough money to finish the training. We did not feel the Lord would have us take years off to save up all of the money, and we knew we would not be able to have jobs once we started the training. So we saved as much as we could in the year we did take off and arrived at training not knowing what the Lord would do. I honestly was afraid, afraid we would have to drop out of the training to work more, and neither of us wanted that. We knew that if we were going to finish the training in one shot, it was going to have to be the Lord who kept us here.

It has been stretching for me, and for Don too, but over and over the Lord has been faithful to provide for us. There have been times when our bank account was extremely low and then in comes the money through a few regular donors and some random gifts. If things keep going as they have been, we should be able to fully pay for and finish up this semester! Throughout all of this the Lord has been drawing us nearer to Himself, showing us His love and provision.

We want to thank all of you who have taken part in what God is doing through missions. We feel privileged to be sharing in this task with you! Please be praying for us as we are planning on kicking off Part 1 of our support raising this summer, we are praying that the Lord would provide us with 15 monthly sponsors over the summer.
